Registration Form

Please fill out the following form in order to register your child for Spanish.

Then click on the class option below to pay online in order to complete your registration OR send a check in order to complete the registration, (Unless for the wait list-DO NOT send payment if it says OUT OF STOCK). Wait list will be based on time of registration form submission.

Registration is not complete without the registration form and payment.

Spanish is once a week (except for those days when students don't attend).

If the district or the school cancels classes, Spanish will be cancelled as well.

Spanish is divided into 3 sessions: Fall, Winter, Spring (determined by the school enrichment coordinator and school) Sessions vary in number of weeks and are priced accordingly, based on $15 per session)

You may register for one session at a time, or multiple sessions DEPENDING ON YOUR SCHOOL POLICY. Only those sessions for which you are able to register will be visible on the registration page or in the cart.

If the class is full when you register (OUT of STOCK), your child will be placed on the wait list in the order that your registration form was received.

Registrations are accepted on a first come-first served basis, and the registration form saves your child's spot in the class for which you are registering, PROVIDED PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Senora Pezoa Spanish retains the right to remove a student from the class if payment is not forthcoming.

In the event that you paid and the class was already full, you will receive a refund.

**Registration form online must be received in addition to payment in order to guarantee a spot for your child.

If class is full, your child will be placed on the wait list: you will receive an email stating so, along with a full refund.

No refunds will be issued after classes begin.

If requesting a refund prior to the class starting, refunds will be given, but if the original payment was by credit card, the CC processing cost will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
